There are few things more amazing then being out in the beautiful blue pacific ocean off the coast of Maui and watching the humpback whales put on a show. Does it get any better? Sure it Does! Just add a few Rainbows and local recording star Marty Dread cranking out classic reggae, island rhythms and rock favorites. While we’re at it let’s add hot and cold pupus (appetizers) served with local microbrews, tropical cocktails, wine, juices and sodas. This was the scene last week when we went on the Island Rhythms Cocktail Cruise. Our group consisted of kids from 6yrs old to adults in there 40’s but there were grandparents and toddlers as well all dancing to island rhythms on the open air dance floor.
On our cruise we had spinner dolphins surfing along side the 65 foot, ultra smooth, eco-friendly catamaran while we made our way out to see the humpback whales breaching for our entertainment. The 2 hour trip which departed at 5:30 and ended with a spectacular sunset went by way too fast. Everyone on board left with huge smiles and an experience of a lifetime. So if you’re wondering what type of cruise to pick why not combine a whale watch with sunset cruise and through in some live island rhythms to have your all in one ocean adventure! Maui Locals Guide can help you book this cruise to enjoy a truly unique ocean experience. Give us a call now and ask about our special web discount pricing.
